Apex Print Studio is a printing studio in Rajkot & Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We are responsible for the personal details you share through this website. For anything about your data, email info.apexprintstudio@gmail.com.

• When you send a form (a quote, contact, gifting or 3D printing request, or a design from our online studio): your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, company, message, quantities and dates, plus any files you attach, such as logos, artwork, 3D models and the mockups you create. We use these only to reply, prepare quotes and proofs, and make and deliver your order.
• When you contact us directly on WhatsApp, by email or by phone: whatever you send us, for the same purposes.
• Technical details: to stop spam, our server briefly keeps your IP address in memory, and our hosting may record it in standard server logs used for security.

Your artwork stays yours. We use it only to produce your order. We only show photos of finished work in our portfolio with your permission.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are (country and city), what device they use and how they found us. We also count when someone taps our WhatsApp, email or phone links or sends a form (not what they write). This helps us improve the site.

Google Analytics only runs if you choose Accept on the cookie banner. It then sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*, which identify your browser across visits. If you choose Decline, it doesn't load and no cookies are set. Your choice is remembered in your own browser, not sent to us. You can change it at any time:

We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't sell your data.

We share your details only with services that help us run the business, and only as far as each one needs:

• our email provider, Google, where your requests and files arrive;
• our hosting and storage provider, Amazon Web Services, which runs this website and may store copies of requests;
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us there;
• Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies;
• courier and delivery partners, who get the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your order.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We keep your details and files for as long as we need them to handle your request, complete your order and keep the business records the law requires, such as tax records. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw any consent you've given. These rights come from India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, if you live in the EU or UK, the GDPR. Email info.apexprintstudio@gmail.com and we'll respond as soon as we can. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
