Embroidery: a premium, stitched finish for your logo.
Your logo is stitched into the fabric in coloured thread: raised, textured and as long-lasting as the garment itself. Ideal for uniforms, polos and caps. No minimum order.

How embroidery works.
- 1
Your logo is converted into a stitch file (digitised) that tells the machine where every stitch goes.
- 2
The machine stitches the logo into the garment, one thread colour at a time.
- 3
Loose threads are trimmed and the backing is cleaned up by hand.
Feel: Raised, textured thread.
Why choose embroidery
- A premium, professional look for uniforms and corporate wear
- Lasts as long as the garment: nothing to crack, peel or fade
- Perfect for caps, where a raised logo looks best
- No minimum order
Good to know
- Very fine detail, tiny text and gradients don't stitch well; logos are sometimes simplified slightly
- Large designs across the back are better printed (DTF or screen printing)

Sample designEmbroidery: common questions.
Is there a minimum order for embroidery?
No. We embroider single pieces as well as full uniform orders.
Embroidery or printing: which is better for a company logo?
Embroidery gives polos, shirts and caps a premium, long-lasting finish and suits simple logos on the chest or cap front. Printing (DTF or screen printing) is better for large designs, fine detail, gradients and t-shirts.
Can any logo be embroidered?
Most logos can. Very small text and fine detail may be simplified slightly so they stitch cleanly, and gradients are replaced with solid thread colours. We show you how it will look before stitching.
What can you embroider on?
Polos, shirts, caps, jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies and most uniform fabrics.
